Goal:
Ensure all hardware components are connected to the correct ports.

When you need this:

• Devices not detected

• No tracking data output

• Sync or power issues

Key connections:

• INT LAN: Connects Main Server to POE switch

• EXT LAN: Sends tracking data to render engine

• SYNC (BNC): Genlock input

• LTC (BNC): Timecode input

• USB: Keyboard, mouse, peripherals

• Witness cameras: POE via CAT6 or higher

• Radio transmitter: POE (RF beacons only)

Common issues / fixes:

• Camera not powered → check POE switch

• No data output → verify EXT LAN usage

• Overheating → ensure server fan is unobstructed

Escalate to support if:

• Hardware is powered but not detected
