Overview
Video input represents the real camera image entering the render engine.
In StypeLand, each physical camera input is represented by a FillInput asset.
Creating a video input
Open StypeLand Content → VideoInputs
Duplicate or open a FillInput asset
Select media source:
AJA Media Source
Blackmagic Media Source
Select video format
Select input port
Save
Adding input to scene
Drag FillInput into the level
Set Actor Hidden In Game = enabled
The video feed will appear on the plane.
Multiple cameras
Each SDI input requires its own FillInput asset.
Example:
Camera 1 → FillInput1
Camera 2 → FillInput2
Interlaced video
If image lines appear swapped or flickering:
Enable Fill Interlaced Fields in FillInput settings and reset the input.
