If Liliput doesn't work there are two simptoms so ask which one of these two they are having:

  1. Liliput Does not turn on 
  2. White light on power turns off

 

If Liliput Does not turn on tell this

"Lilliput does not turn on, it has most likely stopped working, if they have spare cable test with it. If there is no spare cable, test that there is Voltage in the power cable that goes into Lilliput by putting red pointer inside the connector and black on the shield of the connector. "

 

If White light on power turns off tell them this:

"Lilliput is most likely shortened and needs to be replaced. We can check that if we put one pointer on power and another on HDMI, if there is sound then it is shortened. "

RESOLUTION ISSUE

  1. Pinch with 2 fingers on the liliput screen on the map view (not the settings screen) or

  2. Press the FN physical side button on the liliput or Press input side button till HDMI, unplug the power from liliput, plug it back in and do the pinch
