How to configure network settings in RedSpy

Applies to: RedSpy
Goal:
Ensure RedSpy communicates correctly with external systems.
When you need this:
No tracking data received
Destination marked invalid
Network warnings shown
Steps:
Open Network Settings in RedSpy.
Choose DHCP or Static IP for the Main Unit.
Ensure subnet matches the destination system.
Add destination IP and port.
Use Ping to verify connectivity.
Expected result:
Destination shows as valid and receives tracking data.
Common issues / fixes:
Destination highlighted red → IP outside subnet or duplicate
Ping fails → check cabling or switch configuration
Escalate to support if:
Network configuration is correct but data still does not arrive
